Back on tracks


A few too many Easter treats and chocolate eggs yesterday?
Time to get back on the program today!!! Go back to your regular workout routine (or start one) and burn a few more calories than usual, cut back on the food you will be eating and maybe even contemplate a light detox.
No excuses allowed.
Make it happen.
Shorts and bathing suits season is here!!!
