BELLY FAT
If you want to lose belly fat faster, give up that daily jog and sprint instead, a new study found1. That's right—sprinting in short, 8-second bursts followed by a 12-second recovery phase for a total of 20 minutes, three times a week, helped men lose as much four pounds of belly fat in just 12 weeks.
The participants in the study used a stationary bike and saw a 2.6 pound increase in muscle mass in their legs and trunk. Aerobic exercise, such as long distance jogging, will typically not result in a gain of muscle mass. They also improved their aerobic power by 15 percent, and, most importantly, experienced a 17 percent reduction in fat stored around the liver, kidneys, and other internal organs. This is the type of fat associated with heart disease.

SUNBURNS
SUNBURNS
We all know how to
protect ourselves and handle the sun but at some point we all seem to make
mistakes. The best way is to not get a sunburn in the first place:
·
Wear sunglasses
·
Wear hats
·
Cover up with light
clothing
·
Take the sun in small doses
·
Avoid being exposed to
sunshine during the hottest part of the day
·
Be careful around water
If you do get a
sunburn here are a couples of methods to help you cope with the burn, the pain
and healing.
1.
METHOD A.
You will need a total
of five things.
1)A bathtub to do this in (preferably ceramic, so it won’t stain) or plastic sheet you lay on the ground to prevent staining of your floor
2)A pitcher
3)A rag that you don’t mind getting stained
4)Water
5)Three bags of black tea

4)Water
5)Three bags of black tea
Fill the pitcher with warm
water and soak the tea bags in it until you have the water almost black.
Cool the water to a lukewarm/cool
temperature, dunk the rag into the tea, and dab it onto the
sunburn. DO NOT WIPE IT OFF! Leave it on and let it be absorbed into your skin.
Once it’s dry, re-apply as necessary, but never wash it off. If you do this
process before bedtime, you can go to sleep and give it time to work its magic.
In the morning you can wash it off in your shower. The sunburn should be substantially
subsided or all gone, but remember: the sooner you can apply the tea after you
get the burn, the quicker and more effective it will be.
2. METHOD B
Another tip is to use pure aloe vera. Pour some gel in ice
cube trays and let it freeze. You can rub the aloe frozen cube on your skin
after a sunburn. It feels great and the aloe will get absorbed to speed up the
healing process and repair the damaged skin.
